Will this work if I work shifts or odd hours?

Yes. The training is built for 4 hours a week, split however your roster allows. Most clients train before work, after work, or on rest days. The method bends to your week, not the other way around.

Do I need a gym membership?

A basic gym makes it easier. If you only have dumbbells at home, I can still build a plan. Body weight only is the only setup that doesn't suit this method.

I've tried every program and nothing sticks. Why is this different?

Most programs are templates. This is a custom plan I build for your body, your schedule, your food, and your goal. If something isn't working in week three, I change it in week three. That's the difference.

Do I have to give up rice, roti, or eating out?

No. The Reset Phase keeps carbs in deliberately. Eating out and the occasional cheat meal are baked into the plan. The method falls apart if you can't live your life on it.

What if I'm too busy to cook three meals a day?

The meal plan is built around prep that takes minutes, not hours. Most clients prep two or three times a week. You'll get shopping lists and cooking instructions inside the app.

What happens once I sign up?
