MEET YOUR TRAINER
I was born in Punjab, India! A little rural village. After finishing my schooling just like most of my clients I decided to migrate overseas for further studies hoping for a better future. I chose New Zealand and landed here in 2011, 18 year old kid with dreams of making his mother proud. I studied full time and worked part-time at McDonalds.
After finishing my Business Diploma I started working full-time and got caught up in the busy lifestyle neglecting my health. In my early 20s I decided to become a Police Officer in New Zealand and give back to my community and that's when I started training at my local gym. I realised it was about finding the balance as they say Health is Wealth! I kept training and working full-time while being fully confident in my ability to clear all the physical aspects of the Police Training. In 2015 I sustained a Knee Injury and had to postpone my Police Application as I needed surgery! I gave myself time to recover and once again it was a challenge to start from zero but I did not give up. After rigorous training, I graduated as a police Officer in 2018, I was 25 years old at that time! What I didn't realise at the time is I have fallen in Love with fitness training/nutrition and keeping myself in
peak physical form as the job demanded.
I over the years have gathered so much data, knowledge and experience. Through my mistakes and failures now I know what works and what does not! My constant will to help people whether it was through Policing or at a level where they really connected with me on a personal level through personal training kept growing. I decided that I can help and impact more lives all over the world within my Punjabi Community through my story, experience, knowledge and setbacks. This is my way of giving back to my own community by changing their lives for better through DSFN and giving them a chance to become the best possible version of themselves physically and mentally.
